Scorpions Postpone Las Vegas Residency Due to Mikkey Dee’s Illness

Rock legends Scorpions have announced the postponement of their highly anticipated Las Vegas residency due to drummer Mikkey Dee’s recent illness. The band was set to perform a series of shows at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood, starting next month.

In a statement, Scorpions expressed their disappointment over the delay, citing Mikkey Dee’s health as their top priority. “We’re deeply sorry to share that we must postpone our Vegas residency as Mikkey recovers from an unexpected illness. His health and well-being come first, and we appreciate your understanding during this time,” the band said.

The group reassured fans that they are committed to rescheduling the shows once Mikkey has fully recovered. “We can’t wait to bring the energy and music you love to the stage as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and support.”

Fans who purchased tickets for the residency are advised to hold onto them, as they will be valid for the rescheduled dates. Refunds will also be available for those unable to attend the new dates, which are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Scorpions, famous for hits like “Rock You Like a Hurricane” and “Wind of Change”, have been touring consistently, captivating audiences worldwide. Fans are sending their well wishes to Mikkey for a speedy recovery.
