Miami coaches Mario Cristobal, Alex Mirabal, and Ed Pata are pursuing the nation’s top offensive tackle prospect in the Class of 2026.
This weekend marks the first chance for Jackson Cantwell, a five-star from Nixa, Missouri, to visit the Hurricanes. The 6-foot-7.5, 300-pound offensive tackle is ranked as the No. 4 overall player in his class.
“Miami has been a school I’ve wanted to visit for a while,” Cantwell shared with InsideTheU on Thursday. “It’s been tough to get there, and it never really fit into my schedule to explore new places until now. It’s one of those schools I’ve been wanting to check out, meet with the coaches, and now that the opportunity is here, I decided to go for it.”
